Parenting time and decision-making.

“Custody” is now referred to as decision-making on behalf of children. This can be done by one parent or by two parents jointly.

“Access” is now referred to as parenting time with children. This refers to the time that each parent spends with their child and includes time during holidays and summer breaks.

There are variety of issues that can arise with respect to parenting and decision-making after separation, including the relocation of a parent, a child refusing contact with a parent, amending an existing parenting schedule by agreement or court order, or urgent concerns regarding a child’s wellbeing.

We can assist in negotiating a parenting schedule that puts the child’s needs first. We also provide specialized services to assist in high conflict parenting cases.

We bring order. We get results.
